This Listing Policy outlines the guidelines that all users of Kuchbhi.io ("Kuchbhi," "we," "us," or "our") must follow when creating and posting advertisements on our platform. By posting an advertisement on Kuchbhi.io, you agree to comply with this policy.

• General Guidelines:
  • Accuracy and Truthfulness: All advertisements must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. You must provide complete and accurate information about the item or service you are advertising.
  • Lawful Purpose: You may only advertise items or services that are legal to sell and offer in your jurisdiction. You bear the responsibility of determining what is or isn't allowed to be advertised.
  • Respectful Content: Advertisements must not contain offensive, discriminatory, harmful, or sexually suggestive content. You must respect the rights and dignity of other users.
  • Compliance with Our Policies: You must comply with all of our policies, including this Listing Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
  • Fair and Ethical Conduct: Conduct all advertising behavior is done in good faith and meets all legal and ethical requirements.
  • Account Registration: You must provide all accurate account information that is used for business and contact use only.
• Prohibited Items and Activities:

  The following items and activities are strictly prohibited on Kuchbhi.io:

  • A. Illegal Items:
  • Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia: Illegal narcotics, controlled substances, and any equipment used to manufacture or consume illegal drugs.
  • Weapons: Firearms, ammunition, knives with blades longer than [X inches/cm], brass knuckles, tasers, stun guns, and any other item designed or intended to be used as a weapon.
  • Stolen Goods: Any item that has been obtained illegally or without the owner's consent.
  • Counterfeit Currency: Fake money or other financial instruments.
  • Illegal Services: Prostitution, human trafficking, and any other illegal service.
  • Pirated Content: Illegal content with copyright restrictions or copyright breaches.
  • Illegal medicine or prescriptions: These can be dangerous if given without doctor approval.
  • B. Dangerous Items:
  • Explosives: Fireworks, dynamite, gunpowder, and any other explosive device.
  • Flammable Materials: Gasoline, propane, and other highly flammable substances.
  • Hazardous Chemicals: Toxic chemicals, pesticides, and other hazardous materials.
  • Radioactive Items: Any materials that contain radioactive items that can potentially hurt users.
  • C. Offensive or Discriminatory Material:

  • Pyramid Schemes: Promoting or participating in pyramid schemes or other fraudulent investment opportunities.
  • E. Items Violating Intellectual Property Rights:
  • Counterfeit Goods: Fake designer items or other products that infringe on trademarks or copyrights.
  • Unauthorized Copies: Selling unauthorized copies of copyrighted software, music, movies, or other content.
  • F. Specific Category Restrictions:

  • Depending on your categories, you might need to add specific restrictions. For example:

    • "Animals: You may not advertise the sale of endangered species or animals that are illegal to own in your jurisdiction."

We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor advertisements and user activity to ensure compliance with our policies.

• Disclaimer:

  This Listing Policy is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to remove any advertisement that we deem to be inappropriate or harmful to our community, even if it does not specifically violate the provisions of this policy. All rules that are agreed with Kuchbhi.io shall not be liable to any reason or damage or outcome, financial or other.

• Changes to this Listing Policy:

  We may update this Listing Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on our website and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Listing Policy. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Listing Policy.
